These Funky Divas caught my eye while at Knit and Natter this afternoon, created by Lisa Newport they make a stunning display in a quiet corner of the library.

Usually I'd walk to the library, but I couldn't stand the thought of walking 1 mile in this heat... so I caught the bus, and called into the Daisy Chain shop to complete my referees' details before knitting and nattering. I took the bus home too.

After dinner I drove to the allotment to water and do another massive load of weeding. The spring onions are really coming on, I must sow another row, and the French beans are starting to flower.
