From Newcastle to Consett

We've landed in a heatwave. It's actually too hot to cycle up and down hills in this beautiful landscape. We're taking it easy, having calculated that we can easily complete the entire route cycling 50 kilometers a day. That gives us peace of mind, and we quickly decide where to stay. So, tonight we're staying at a manor house near Consett. 
Tomorrow it's going to be very hot again. We'd better start thinking now about where to sleep.
