Goldfinch

I thought I was again stuck for a blip until I saw these two goldfinches perched on the birdbath. I grabbed the camera and shot this through the kitchen (and therefore also sunroom) windows.

We know they're around as we hear their characteristic twittering in the trees but they rarely show themselves as closely - and sit still.
