Hoi without polloi

Stirling is finally getting mildly (very mildly!) metropolitan, with an excellent and inexpensive Vietnamese restaurant opening up. Mate PJ made casual reference to it during brief text exchange, 20 mins later we were feasting on Gyoza dumplings served with unagi sauce….great nosh, uber-friendly staff.
