Wills Parcels

I met a friend for coffee at The Old Bakery in Melmerby. I remember my mother in law talking about all the times she’d visited and enjoyed the experience.
I was glad to find it and it didn’t disappoint.
Coffee was drunk, scones and flapjack were eaten. We caught up on each other’s news. There’s a dress shop above the bakery. We tried a few things on but didn’t buy.
I enjoyed the drive to and from the bakery, via Ainstable on the way there and Armathwaite on the way home.
