LINES

Didn't need any shopping ... and I didn't have any medical appointments -  so I stayed at home until it was time to go to slimming club.  I did a load of washing and a few other chores.  Wasn't able to sit outside in the sunshine as the antibiotics I'm taking for the leg ulcer might make my skin more sensitive to sunlight so I need to avoid exposure to the sun as much as I can.

Michelle gave me a lift to and from slimming.  I had a gain of half a pound.
