Us and our shadow

Was watching the pond today and noticed the iridescent blue mayflies! They are tiny but bright! Communion this morning before coming back to check on Tina who was happy in the cool of the house in which I had closed the curtains to keep it shady! I then went to Pauline’s home just along the road for the mother’s union garden party which was well attended! Saw lots of people I often don’t see because they go to different services. Have a hand at the end moving chairs and collapsing gazebos and putting the church tables in the boot of Pauline’s car and taking down the bunting that she had put up!
