Mulching day

We have been working on this property on a biweekly basis since mid-May. Raking, weeding, edging, more raking, pruning and we finally reached a point where we could spread the mulch. There is still lots to do, some of the shrubs need more pruning. She had someone else cut down one of the large evergreens, now the shrubs that were behind it need a good pruning to remove the dead pieces.

I got attacked on FB this week, a 'I'm right about everything' person tried to accuse me of manufacturing work for my clients. She will not remove invasive plants from her property until she has another plant to replace it.  I had responded to a post asking people if they felt guilty removing healthy plants that were taking over the garden. I do not feel guilty, and I added that I am having a hard time convincing a customer that the invasive Baltic ivy on her property needs to be removed. I have convinced her that it has to be kept cut back from the shrubs that she wants to keep. After this one accused me of manufacturing work, I told her that in the long run it is less work for me, because there is less maintenance. Then she called my customers naive and innocent. I decided not to bother arguing with her in a public forum, so I sent her a private message. I told her that she must be naive too since I did some work for her a few years ago. Then she stole my worker. I told her she is rude and a narcissist. Then I messaged the admin for the group and told her that this person was attacking me. I have not checked to see if the post got deleted.
Between the scams and the narcissists and getting stung by hornets, it has been a rough week.
