Crummock Water, with Rannerdale & Haystacks

Started the day at Moss Force waterfall, which had a light veil of water running over it after a few very dry months and a little rain recently. Then moved on to Crummock Water - this shots taken from just in front of Melbreak, on the western shore, looking back towards Rannerdale (on the left) and Haystacks, with Great Gable behind - in the distance on the right.

I haven't photographed this tree before, and liked the way it leant over towards the distant view, but the wind has managed to "push" the upper branches back. It just seemed to fit that top corner of the photo about right.

Pretty windy day - winds around 20mph, so not too much to stand up in, but no chances of calm water.
