Manky Hydrangea

This hydrangea is (or was) a pretty pink/blue, but as winter has progressed it is in poor condition.  It will be pruned soon, a late winter job.  Converted to mono as it shows the blemishes better I thought.
I was out this morning to our districts craft group, home for a quick lunch then out to finish the lavender bank before it rained.  Fail, I got caught in the rain but was determined to finish it, all 250 plants (approx) which has take me three weeks - all done thank goodness....I came in like a drowned rat !!
Since then its absolutely persisted down.  My blip therefore was taken from  the laundry door, the lawn is flooded.
Terrible flooding news coming in from Nelson, Motueka and Takaka this evening.
Weekend again, enjoy.
