Quintessentially Cornish

Another lovely day. Started with an early 5 mile run up to Marazion enjoying the sea mist and relative cool, my longest ever run, so felt very pleased with myself! Then a nice walk through Morrab gardens and along the coastal path to Newlyn where I visited the excellent little gallery and an interesting exhibition by contemporary artist Huw Locke. Lunch in my favourite must eat restaurant before using the excellent app Go Jauntly to provide me with a lovely route to the National Trust Trengwainton Gardens, through woodland and meadows. A lovely relaxing walk round. I always associate agapanthus with Cornwall and with the sea in the background it is the perfect setting!
