Square Iris

It seems my old 1998 Sony Mavica FD71 floppy disc camera has a square aperture.

Pointing the camera at our nearest thermonuclear furnace in the sky reveals the square shape in the bright highlights.

I upload one photo everyday using a vintage digital camera. Today's photo is taken with a Sony Mavica FD71 that record 0.3 megapixel images onto floppy discs.
