The Fiji Market had all the missing ingredients for tonight’s Fiji-style fish curry - Fiji garam masala, intriguingly-called S-Mix, the S standing for special, a fresh jar of tamarind purée, and asafoetida/hing (something I just omit in other curries). Sides of dahl, tamarind chutney, naan and raita.
