Collection is building

My next batch of Knitted toys is beginning to grow. I have not been able to knit for a while because of my shoulder injury. I am finally getting more movement. 

A very busy day with paperwork and meetings. I have worn a mask while with mum so I don't pass on my cold. I am reminded how dreadful is was wearing masks back in 2020.
We have got mum's care subsidy underway and signed the sales agreement for her house. The sale will be confirmed next Friday. Fingers crossed. 
We are also negotiating a private sale of our rental property. My head is spinning trying to keep all the info in place.
