Cone Flower

In front of my building are allotments where enthusiastic gardeners can grow fruit, vegetables and flowers.

There is also a new Mandala-shaped garden planted with medicinal plants and flowers. The Echinacea (cone flower), has properties which support the immune system.

Such a good idea. I’ve been looking up all the different labelled plants to find out their healing properties.
