Cucumber and Platycodon Grandiflorus White

Today is another ‘do not a lot day’.  To darn hot.  33C and rising, it’s forecast as the hottest this year.
 
I filled the bird feeders and grabbed a blip first thing.  Mrs W is doing tea tonight (chicken curry) so all I have to do is publish this.
 
Looks like we may have a cumber crop this year, and I’ve identified our mysterious flower in the planted pot that the daughter gave us a few years back as ‘Platycodon Grandiflorus’.  We live and learn.
