Pound Cake ...

... just out of the oven. It's a polenta pound cake, to give it its proper designation.

We'll take it with us tomorrow to Tamworth, New Hampshire (it's not likely to last for much of our stay :) We're looking forward to our annual sojourn--last summer's started here.
