New Hat

I was glad my class at the gym was early as it was to be a stoater today! Good session really enjoyed the layout.

Then I was up to walk Saffy. I was absolutely melted and was glad to get back to the house. Then I had to go food shopping g as the lads were back later this afternoon from their North Adventure.

Home and then Eventually had my lunch. Sitting in the shade and trying to recover. My sinus was bothering me a bit.

They arrived around 3:30 and all the unpacking was done . Washing machine on, tea made , stories listened to. They did have fun.

Laura came up and then Took Ben home. Cameron is staying with us. We sat for a while and watched a Better Feed Phil episode from Scotland which was good.

We were in bed around 10:30, exhausted!

And hotter tomorrow…

Got a new hat, have to shade the eyes and the darkest of prescription sunglasses for the cataracts.
