Left our motel in time to visit the Bastogne Barracks museum. Quite overwhelming to see so many tanks, anti-aircraft guns and transport vehicles close up. Such ingenuity and such destructive force.
Makes you think.
Then on to the last leg of our journey to the ferry at Rotterdam - gruelling, but we made it.
(nothing to what those brave soldiers endured)
