Double lines
We switched it up a bit at Pilates this morning and concentrated more on shoulders and our backs. It made a nice change from the balance work we’ve been doing recently. Home to go through a box of what I thought was jewellery that I found in the loft today. It was just as hot up there as yesterday!
The jewellery box turned out to contain 3 rings, 8 strands of pearls, numerous brooches and a large quantity of bone handled cutlery. I’ve sorted everything into bags and put it all back in the box until I decide what to do with it!
I found my wedding dress but haven’t taken it out of the box yet, it’s too warm to consider trying it on (which is my intention) to see how far away I am from fitting into it.
Washing dried nicely on the line in the afternoon but poor Phin spent a lot of time panting and trying to find shade or a cool spot to lie in.
After dinner I met my good friend Fiona with her 4 year old Ian, Una and we had a lovely walk round Newbattle. Phin and Una had a great time playing together whilst we caught up. Fiona and her husband have decided to retire this summer so I’m looking forward to spending a bit more time together in the future.
Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting AbstractThursday, a shot of the trellis on Kr PHL’s shed.
