Leaves and light

Some of the gardens at Hidcote were a delight to see despite the weather,
As expected, there were also areas of dry lawn, flowers that had bloomed and gone quickly and gaps.  But what can you do in a series of heat waves?
Still, plenty of gorgeous combinations in colours and textures.  Fortunately there are areas of shade and coolness thanks to well grown trees.
