Birthday picnic

It was actually my birthday last Monday, but I decided to put off my celebrations until after the writing retreat.

Today my dear friends Jane and Owen took me on a spectacular bus journey to the slopes of Snowdon, where we had a gentle walk and a picnic overlooking this lake/reservoir. Such a lovely treat!
