She's not yet 3 weeks old, but Nina is definitely much more alert now than she was the last time we saw her.  It has been a very warm day, so Nina has spent much of it in just a nappy (diaper) and not too far away from a fan that provides some gentle air movement.  She seems to be feeding well, and is generally thriving.  Both her parents are very active people and of a more athletic build, so it is probably no surprise that their daughter is perhaps not going to be one of those plump babies.  She has clearly noticed grandad sneaking up on her with a camera...
