Hotter

Today Django's morning walk was distinctly warm, and then I spent the day programming in the attic. Since there's no insulation between its sloping roof and the Scotch slate roof, it got rather warm, and I became sluggish. Perhaps I should have moved the two monitors and my PC down to the kitchen, since the rest of the house is cool inside its thick stone walls. 

Until yesterday, I'd planned to go to Aviemore today with Django to walk up into the Cairngorms, camp, and then have a long walk tomorrow. However, with 31 C forecast for tomorrow, and the mountains devoid of shade, I decided that it would be unpleasant for me, and maybe seriously too hot for Django. 

The evening walk was cooler, but there were lots of insects bothering me.
