Found!

Despite the heat again today, I was willing to drive out to the garden centre that was having more lavender plants delivered this week. Of course I called ahead and yes, the delivery had  arrived and not only that, all perennials were on sale at 25% off.  Well, that settled it. I made the trip.

There were only 9 candidates of the variety I had been looking for, so I grabbed them all! I had wanted 10, but 9 would have to do. Fingers crossed that the spot we have chosen for them will work out well. I have not always had luck with lavender...but the ones I have now are doing really well. These new ones will go in the same bed, but farther along with perhaps less sun? 

Shawn will be by tomorrow morning to plant them, along with some grasses he had dropped off earlier this week.Then I just have to wait to see how much they like their new home!
