Long awaited dentist appointment today, went well but another month to wait for treatment (pray for me).

Got a treat on my way back to the office. A hot one, we tried to move as little as possible to try to stay cool.

Had a sitting down cold shower when I got home, then sat down for a couple of hours before starting dinner - managed to not overheat like I did yesterday.
