Callum

We had a lovely day meeting Callum, the son of our Scottish friends, Frances and Bill, who is here for just a week on a business trip.
I met Frances when we were both nursing at the same Sydney hospital over 50 years ago and had the pleasure of attending their wedding in Edinburgh in 1977 as I was living in London at the time.
We have visited them several times at Tayport and they have stayed with us here. 
The last time we saw Callum he was 12 months old but we had no trouble recognizing him as he looks exactly like his father.
Callum arrived at about 11pm last night so bravely battled jet lag for a trip to Manly on the ferry where we had lunch. 
I think he was quite impressed with our mid-winter weather:-)
