High Cup Nick

Early start to beat the heat and over to Dufton in the north Pennines for a loop up and around the valley over High Cup Nick. On the hike up I was surprised when Jess said she'd never seen any pics of it. It is an incredible view looking down the glacial valley. I image I might be back sometime for a sunset image. 
On the way down we heard Curlews in the meadows lower down. 
One flew straight us as we skirted around the grasslands, the distinctive call warning us off.. (Extra)
