Hot but great.

Parkruns are so friendly and so inclusive and 5k as fast as you can is a great way to start the weekend. My son came in the top 5 which is impressive, especially since he didn’t look like a drip of sweat had formed.

Now doing as little as possible in an attempt to stay cool.
