Notes: Considered playing pickleball first thing but then decided a day off and out of the heat sounded pretty good. Also, nursing a cold sore so that sealed the deal. Quiet morning, Michelle headed into office. Enjoyed coffee and online - redid the ACtS newsletter into a cleaner style and layout. Made a smoothie later with some beef in a lettuce wrap. Michelle back after 4p, we put together the almond flour pizzas cooked in the stone, did Essentrics in between and then had another great meal - with arugula salads and our drinks (mine NA Partake beer, hers organic hard apple cider). Watched more Ted Lasso in the evening.
