Wild garden

Not wholly wild, but definitely not manicured. This is the garden at Waterston House just this side of Aberlady in East Lothian, headquarters of the Scottish Ornithologists' Club, where I went to see the current exhibition and to have lunch with T who was working there this weekend. In the exhibition there were some lovely willow creations, including swallows by Katie Warner who I've done a few workshops with, but the watercolours were a bit of a disappointment. Another very hot day, glad of air con in the car and a pedestal fan at home.
