Post-parkrun breakfast

Well, this was not really post-parkrun for Amelie as she did not do parkrun, but had instead run down to Silverknowes with her Mum to meet Chris, Paul and me who did. Of the five of us, young Paul was probably the most energetic as he achieved a parkrun PB today. Us oldies trailed behind in the heat of the morning. Anyway, I think the creamy waffle was well deserved by the kids, while the adults scoffed some bacon rolls.
