30+ out there today ...
... but cool in the Hunterian Art Gallery and the Museum.
A small exhibition on Glasgow's coat of arms and a revisit to the courtyard gallery with Charles Rennie Mackintosh's finial (c. 1900) from the old Pettigrew and Stephens department store which once stood on Sauchiehall Street. A nice breeze out there no doubt as a result of the 12 storey adjoining University library.
Home now md staying in the shade. Too hot inside.
Many thanks for all your visits, comments, stars and hearts. Very much appreciated.
