Moths Behaving Badly

Last night was a good night for moth trapping; not huge numbers but some attractive species were in the trap this morning. when it comes to photographing them, some are easier that others, and many of today’s batch were reluctant to pose nicely. This very fresh Swallow Tail didn’t do too badly, and there was also a nice Broad Bordered Yellow Underwing in there (see extras). A shame you only get to see the vivid underwing as they fly away.
