Dilemma

Well it's certainly rather warm today, as this mini heat wave peaks. 
After a few chores I got my paints out again.

Yesterday evening I received a message asking if we would take an elderly GSP needing an urgent foster home.
While we thought about it, the situation was resolved, but it transpired that a further two younger dogs need rehoming - asap.
What awful timing for us, as given different circumstances, a different time, we would have taken one immediately.
We were in a complete head spinning dilemma.
Having slept on it, we decided the best thing was to pass on the offer of taking one in, for many reasons I can't really go into. But suffice to say I am so disappointed, not only is she a lovely dog, we would be helping someone we have known for many years. Sadly the timing is just so wrong, it wouldn't be fair on anyone.
Stayed out the sun, sat in doors, one eye on the tennis. How fabulous we won the men's doubles.
Had another dabble - the sky didn't blend and trying to improve it once dry just didn't work...shame as I'm quite pleased with the bottom half!
