Sauna!

Tried a new parkrun this morning like it!
Walked most.. With bit of plod.. 
Soooooo hot!!! 
So I have done 29 different locations.. Such interesting parkrun stats on app 5k purple box with person on it. Love it.
So much information.
Finished a book I started on 5th July super rapido for me!!! was only 169 pages..
Bizarre and also wanting to know what was going on first few pages thought no thanks..

Another BBQ at home had so many last few months. .more than last 10 years!!
Enjoying the womens Euro's in Switzerland..
