Under the sea
The forecast was for high temperatures today so we dragged the canoe from the loft and set out.
It was cool on the water and lovely. The tide was out so some areas between the islands were very shallow. Lots of scallops feeding, they are usually in deep water. Also watched sea fans coming out to feed along with lots of small fish and shrimp. Some very large hermit crabs, a sea slug and some sort of marine sponge.
A great day to escape the 28deg heat and be out on the water.
