Seeking Shade

Had to force myself through the door for a Parkrun this morning. Warnings about the heat once we emerged out of the forest. Pleased to get round unscathed although not quick!

Back later in the day for a wheelchair walk with Richard. We stuck firmly to areas of shade. This was the route back to the car from the cafe.
