Monitoring

Up early and out sharpish for some sun-splashed miles on the bike. Back home by half ten and then the rest of Saturday took care of itself quite happily.

One of my daughters had arrived off a flight from Paris around midnight last night and she decided to stick around for the day before heading home to Glasgow in the evening. We sat in the sun in the park and had a barbecue before seeing her off.
