A read with a view

Husband was up at 4.30am to go to Heathrow and meet a friend flying in from J'burg. They were home mid morning. Boys went to art club and Granny and Grandpa came for coffee amd cake in the cafe next door. So a rather pleasant morning. Eldest has just finished reading Goodnight Mr Tom, which is a real favourite of mine. 

Lovely day with the husbands friend, who is great company. We've watched lots of tennis and there was a pub visit late afternoon while I got dinner ready.
