Finished but not yet open.

A really lazy day. Mrs GM was up early to watch Wales v Japan. I stayed in bed as I could not bare to watch another humiliating defeat. But...... yes Wales managed the win to bring to an end a record breaking series of defeats. Maybe the dawn of a revival.
We then watched the Lions roar to victory over a scratch side of star players from Australia and NZ..
Then the Tour de France followed by a trip to the Harbour Master for a cold beer to celebrate.  On the way I climbed over the barrier to get this view of the new barrage. Annoyingly, they have opened up the walkway, nor the Quay front despite everything looking finished, or almost.
