Stirling Albion 0 Hamilton Academicals 2

I went on a day trip up to Scotland on the train to watch the Scottish League Cup tie between Stirling Albion and Hamilton Academicals. I was interested to see the Stirling ground because it was built at the same time as Chester's ground and by the same people so there are big similarities.

Hamilton were deserved and comfortable winners in what was quite an enjoyable game in the hot weather.


It was a great day out, the trains were on time and I was home by 10:30.
