parking at parkrun

Alison and I made a meal of putting signs out.

I walked with Niels who will be back to his 18 minute run next week.

Stopping off at Next on  my way home and plenty of steps.

Some chores and then read with Live Aid on TV  in the background.  40 years ago and I wasa teenager.  My then boyfriends sister was living in a sprawling house on Mersea Island (i think it was used for educational group stays) and I spent the day drinking, smoking and watching bits pieces with an assortment of friends.
