Water Chute

Went out for a late afternoon walk. There has been a lot of rain in the last week, and I could hear the water racing down a wooden chute beside the road. On the other side of the road, the big rain (and floods) of 2023 scoured out half the road. Since then, that corner is one way controlled by lights. This year a tree was brought down by a combination of saturated ground and high winds. We have not experienced any major issues.
