Surprise

That is what birthdays are for, being surprised. I had a message from my lovely d-in-law in Lanzarote saying a Uber driver would be delivering cake shortly. The one she wanted to send was not available so this is next choice, looks good enough to eat. I had already received gifts from them but apparently cake is an essential item, I agree and can celebrate being 88 years young. Must put the wine in fridge. I have not told Tedwin that I am not cooking today.
I had a bottle of Japanese Blossom Gin from Kettwigefrau, she knew (I told her) I was nearly out of stock, so that made me happy.
