Pretty Sure It's Been Blipped Before

But it's a flag I'd rally to.

A very quiet Sunday - apart from our neighbour who spent lots of the day on her shouter.  That should be mobile phone but as soon as she rings anyone, it becomes a shouting phone.  Very odd.

Has anyone here been to Borough Market in London?  Recommendations would be appreciated.
