Handing over

MightyMouse hosted a BBQ with a few of his friends. None of them professed to know anything about BBQ’ing. But between them, they pulled it off. Ate a lot and seemed to laugh a lot. I left them to it, other than cooking the chicken one of them had brought in the oven first, just to be on the safe side.

Other than setting up for that, it was walking dogs and baking for tomorrow and having a lazy wonderful 1.5 hours in EmCoops back garden with her uber sized paddling pool and sunshine. They weren’t there so I had it all to myself. Elbows was playing cricket and every lake around us was fully booked, so no swim for me. I’ve never had that happen to me before. The endless hot weather has led everyone to decide a lake is where they want to be. :-))
