Sunflower

I grew a few sunflowers from seed this year and this is one of them :-)

This morning I visited at the farm and then onto grocery shopping. Not much else, it is still very hot and sunny. Lots of butterflies on the buddleia again today. I was going to photograph one but they were too busy fluttering around. There was an unusual very beautiful one there today. I think it was a type of Fritillary. It is cooling off a bit now so I will soon take the dogs out for a walk.
