Bubble Bliss

He was happily blowing bubbles by the popcorn shop to amuse himself and anyone walking by in the heat.  He said adding glycerin to the soap makes them last longer.  

Extra shows Jeannie Emser Schultz at her book signing at Fireside Book Shop.  A small group shared memories.  I told of my experience at age 16 or 17, sitting in the front row of the Front Row Theatre (in Highland Heights on Wilson Mills Road where Home Depot is now) when the Temptations stopped the revolving stage and sang directly to me.  Mr. Mole and his buddies got a kick out of it.  I was just totally embarrassed.  

[ As an aside memory, I worked as a very skinny bus girl in a nearby restaurant (Fant's Steak House) where theatre go-ers oftens ate before shows.  The owner kept telling me to tuck my blouse into my pantyhose because it kept coming out of my skirt as I bussed tables.  I ate dauphinoise potatoes to my heart's content on my breaks. ]
