Liatris

Trying too get some garden tasks sorted before it got too hot and with the knowledge of rain in the next couple of days. I had left the grass long while the hot weather continued, so it was time to drag the mower out. Despite the lack of rain some shrubs particularly Wisteria are producing growth at an amazing rate., so pruning was essential. A strong breeze kept the temperature in check and felt refreshing. The Liatris bulbs are in their second year, having achieved very little in year one, so I'm hoping for better this time around.
